After a wildly successful initial season that featured 118 Glitch World Championship Qualifier (GWCQ) events, this very unique and important tournament series is back in 2025 for another round of one-speed fun! So pack your Glitches, Pitches, and Parachutes and then grab your GWCQ player packs, and head out to the course to test your one-speed prowess against the best in your area.
The 2025 GWCQ series will be available for Tournament Directors worldwide to run for the entire month of May, and two winners (one MPO and one FPO) from every event will earn FREE ENTRY into the 2025 Glitch World Championships to take place at the legendary Maple Hill Disc Golf Course in Massachusetts on September 12th and 13th. Now YOU have the opportunity to compete against the best Glitch throwers on the planet, on the best course in the galaxy, for a chance to be crowned the best in the world!
Glitch World Championship Qualifier (GWCQ) details:
- 2025 Glitch World Championship Qualifier events can be held anytime in May
- Recommended entry fee is $42
- In all GWCQ events, players may ONLY use MVP Glitches, Axiom Pitches and Streamline Parachutes (non-player pack discs are acceptable)
- GWCQ events must take place in one day (one or two rounds) and are NOT sanctioned events
- Tournament Directors are free to offer as many divisions as they want (however, see next point)
- Only the MPO and FPO division winners will earn free entry into the 2025 Glitch World Championships at Maple Hill Disc Golf Course
- New for 2025! Every event must be scored on UDisc
